* If you are a do-it yourself kind of person, but you need a little guidance, this is the service for you! During this one- hour consultation, we will give you a basic overview of a healthy lifestyle diet, tips on how to incorporate it into your lifestyle, recipes ideas and personal ways to tweak your diet to hit your specific goals.
Nutritional Planning: $100 per month
If you are someone who needs a plan and always more success when there is someone watching over your shoulder to make sure you are sticking to the plan, then this is the service for you! During this 30 day period, you will record everything that you eat in a food log (www.dailyburn.com), and Micah will keep a close eye on your progress. You will receive weekly emails from Micah providing feedback, suggestions, and easy changes to stay on track. During this month you will have access to Micah via email or phone to answer any questions, give encouragement or just help you refrain from eating that delicious cupcake in front of you.
