Kentuckiana Barbell Club is an officially recognized USA Weightlifting Club hosted within CrossFit Bluegrass. KBC members have the ability to access CrossFit Bluegrass facility in Middletown . Weightlifting classes are included in the unlimited membership option or can be purchased as a separate membership.
About KBC
This weightlifting specific class focuses on improving the Olympic lifts (snatch and the clean & jerk) with proper technique. Every class is lead by an experienced and educated Coach.
Classes are perfect for those looking to become competitive in weightlifting as well as those looking to fine tune their skills for transfer over to their functional fitness training.
All experience levels are welcome!
Class Schedule
KBC athletes have access to the following classes:
- Thursdays: 6:30-7:30 p.m.
- Saturdays: 8:00-9:00 a.m.
- Sundays: 12:00-1:00 p.m.
