MAY Handstand Challenge:
Group A: 50 plank shoulder taps for time
Group B: freestanding or against wall 50 shoulder taps for time.
*if athlete can string together 8-10 shoulder taps freestanding then do freestanding, if not use a wall. should be in the 2-4 minute range, 4-6 sets
